I. Nature of CEBongs

CEBongs is a volunteer-run group of SEVENTEEN fans (CARAT fandom name) dedicated to hosting events related to SEVENTEEN and the CARAT fandom. CEBongs is not a registered business or non-profit organization.

II. Attendee Conduct

• Personal Responsibility: Attendees are solely responsible for their own safety, well-being, and actions while attending Events.
• Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable Philippine laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• Event Guidelines: Attendees must adhere to the specific guidelines, policies, and Terms & Conditions set forth by CEBongs, the venue, and any third-party vendors or suppliers.
• Prohibited Conduct: Attendees are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
  • Illegal activities, as defined by Philippine law
  • Disruptive, harmful, or dangerous behavior, including but not limited to:
    • Physical or verbal harassment
    • Damage to property or equipment
    • Interference with the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees
• Removal: CEBongs reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these guidelines or engages in prohibited conduct. Removed attendees will not be entitled to a refund and may be subject to legal action.

III. Liability

• Disclaimer of Liability: CEBongs is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or other losses suffered by attendees or third parties as a result of their participation in Events.
• Assumption of Risk: By attending an Event, attendees assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or property damage.
• Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless CEBongs, its members, and their respective officers, group administrators, volunteers, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to their participation in an Event.   

IV. Event Registration

• Registration: Registration for Events is subject to availability and may be subject to additional Terms & Conditions.
• Payment: Payment for registration fees must be made in accordance with the designated method.
• Confirmation: Upon successful registration, attendees will receive a confirmation email.
• Cancellation: CEBongs reserves the right to cancel or modify Events at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances. If an Event is canceled, attendees may be entitled to a refund or credit, subject to CEBongs' discretion.

V. Event Kits

• Claiming: Event kits must be claimed on-site according to the designated procedures.
• Missed Events: If an attendee misses an Event, they may be able to claim their kit at a future Event, subject to availability and CEBongs' discretion.
• Unclaimed Kits: Unclaimed kits may be disposed of at CEBongs' discretion.

VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these guidelines shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of Cebu City, Philippines.

VII. Applicability

These General Registration Policy & Guidelines, together with the CEBongs Privacy Policy, apply to all CEBongs events and activities. Event-specific Terms & Conditions will be disclosed during registration for an event. In case of any conflict between these guidelines, the Privacy Policy, and event-specific Terms & Conditions, the event-specific Terms & Conditions shall supersede.

This Privacy Policy explains how CEBongs, a SEVENTEEN fan group, collects, uses, and protects your data following the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012.
